Q: Do you guys make any custom....

A: No. 

Q: Can you make a custom kit for my....

A: No

Q: I have a really strange thread size, can you make a custom part for me?

A: Sorry, we do not make custom parts. Make sure you have checked our site for all of the available thread sizes we carry.

Q: I haven't gotten an email confirmation or tracking number, can I get it?

A: You should get a confirmation order email as soon as you place your order and then when the order ships you will get another email with the tracking number. If you did not, you miss-typed your email address and we need to correct it or you entered another email address and that is where the email was sent to.


Q: Where is my order? 

A: If you checked your tracking number and it shows that it was delivered, but nothing is in your mailbox or the tracking information does not show any delivery and it has been over a week, chances are that USPS lost or delivered to the wrong address. In that case contact us for options on what we can do. Please be kind about it, it is not our fault USPS lost your package.



Q: When will my order ship? 

A: We normally ship next business day. For example, if you order on Monday it will ship Tuesday. If you order Friday it will ship Monday. No shipments are made on SATURDAY or SUNDAY. In some cases it may take an extra day or two to ship, but those are rare events. 

Q: I accidentally ordered the wrong item, can I cancel?

A: Sometimes if caught soon enough we can cancel it, but this may incur a $15 fee. But if you did make a mistake, you most likely will just have to receive your order and then return it back to us. You will have to ship it back to us at your expense. Once we get it back we will issue the refund. You can place the correct order at any time.

Q: I forgot a part on my order or I ordered the wrong part, can you edit my order and charge my card?

A: No, sorry. We cannot add items to your order as we cannot charge your card, only you have the ability to do that. All you need to do is re-order what you actually want. If you don't want the parts you mistakenly ordered, just ship them back, unused and unopened and we will refund them.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong part? 

A: Once you receive your order and you come to find you ordered the wrong part(s), don't worry. Just make sure they are in sellable condition (unused) and ship them back to us. Once we get and inspect them, we will refund your order. They will be a 15% restocking fee for returned Items. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii. We Do Not Ship Internationally.
